We had the most VERY NICE few days there. Really friendly and polite stuff that liked their guests. Brand-new and bright room for what we needed with which looked lovely on the photos, LIGHT BLOCKING CURTAINS, a kettle.

Booked superior apartment, that was provided with the mezzanine bedroom, a kettle, as for instance. Coffee/tea making machines, fridges, and kitchenware were a nice touch.

This place has a great location near the main attractions, making it easy to get around on foot to the main square, Wawel Castle, and the Jewish Square, with My Dad's Bakery being a nice spot for tea or coffee nearby.

The hotel's location was superb, right in the heart of Krakow. My room was equipped with a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and air conditioner. The beds with hypoallergenic pillows were exceptionally comfortable. I had a lovely evening at Cocina Verde, which was conveniently located nearby.

The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to help us during our stay. They even offered to print our boarding passes for us, which was a big help. the location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk away from the city center and with a supermarket conveniently located nearby. Another plus was the cozy apartment with its large windows, high-pressure shower, and great kitchen facilities.

There were some negative aspects of our stay. the apartment design was a bit surprising, with the bed area located above the kitchen and accessed by steep and half-size steps.

Great location and amazing staff! We had a really nice time staying here. The hotel is right next to both the historic Old Town and the vibrant Kazimierz district, so we could easily explore both areas on foot. 🌟
